SHIPPING & REFUNDS
Please read all policies carefully before purchasing any items from us!
Shipping Policy
Pre- orders: If an item(s) is pre-ordered, please allow 2-5 business days for processing, 3-7 business days to ship to the CEO, and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping to customers.

Custom colored orders may take 3-12 business days for the CEO to receive.

On hand: If an item(s) is on hand, please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 3-7 business days for items to be shipped to customers.
​
Tracking: All items shipped will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped out. This will allow you to track your order up until it is delivered. All items will require a signature upon delivery.
We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items once orders have been shipped.
Local Pick Up Policy
If the local pick-up option is chosen at checkout, please allow 24-48 hours for pick-up once your order has been processed.

You will receive an email from us when your order is available for pick up. The local pick-up location will be in the St. Petersburg area.
Refund Policy
There will be no returns/exchanges allowed or refunds issued unless we have discussed otherwise with customers.
